Payments

 

1. Best possible price on website

Rest assured, listed prices on our website are the best possible offer we can provide. (a) We cannot further discount our products and haven't discounted in the past. (b) This would be applicable to 1 item in the cart or multiple items added to the cart on our website. (c) This would also be applicable for all payment methods (d) we don't run annual or bi-annual sales promotions where prices are discounted.

 

2. Payment Options

We accept payment through netbanking / credit card / debit card / UPI / wallet / EMI / pay later / cash on delivery (COD). We use Razorpay / Snapmint / Assembly Pay (BharatX) / Gokwik as our payment gateway, so you can be assured that your transaction will be secure and seamless. However, our COD shipping vendors do not offer the Card on Delivery option as yet.

 

3. Listed price includes taxes

Product Prices listed on the website are inclusive of all Taxes. We currently offer Free ground shipping for all our prepaid orders only.

 

4. EMI option available

We do offer an EMI payment option on our website. You can pay through Snapmint / Assembly Pay (BharatX) EMI option on our website. At checkout, on payment page select the Snapmint / Assembly Pay (BharatX) EMI option and you can easily make payments in 3 interest free installments. It will automatically divide the payable amount in 3 installments. The first installment will be paid then and rest 2 installments will be paid later in next 30 and 60 days.

 

5. Payment page session expiry time-limit

Our payment page has a timeout set at 15 mins per session by our payment gateway. If any user is on the payment page and clicks on "Pay Now' after 15 minutes, the payment page will show a 'time out' message to the user. In this case, the payment process will need to be started afresh.

 

6. Only Indian bank origin credit cards can be used

Our payment gateway (Razorpay/Gokwik) accepts Indian origin credit cards issued by banks within India for online transactions. Foreign origin credit cards issued by banks outside India are not accepted currently.

 

7. No corporate offers or discount coupons available

There are no other coupons or corporate offers running on our website with respect to other banks or credit cards. So listed website prices are the best that we can offer.

 

8. GST Invoicing mandatory

GST Billing is mandatory - our prices include the relevant 18% taxes in all our invoicing.

 

9. Process to claim GST Input

To claim GST benefit on your order, please first complete the order on our website. Post that, please send us an email on contactus@assemblytravel.com with your GST Number, and we will include it in the Invoice shared with you when the package is sent to your address. There is no separate placeholder for the GST number on our website while placing the order, so you will need to email us separately to have us include it in the invoice. In whichever invoices the GST Number is mentioned, we will be filing it with the government every month, so that GST input can be claimed at your end.

 

10. Discount coupon on checkout page

On our checkout page, there is a placeholder for discounts please enter the coupon code their to apply the discount on the order.
