WARRANTY
A: For warranty claims, we offer repair or replacement at our discretion after inspection. The Company’s decision regarding the nature of the defect and the applicable resolution shall be final.
A: We strictly adhere to our published return and exchange timelines and are unable to process any return or exchange requests submitted after the specified window.
If your order was placed through an external marketplace, all return or exchange requests are governed solely by that platform’s policies. We kindly request you to contact the respective marketplace’s customer support team directly for assistance before their return window closes.
For products with minor defects: If the product has a minor defect that can be repaired easily, we will repair it and return it to you within a few days. The 2-way shipping charges will be borne by Assembly.
For products with major defects: If the product cannot be repaired, we will provide a free replacement and arrange for reverse shipping of the damaged product back to us.The 2-way shipping charges will be borne by Assembly.
If the product is outside the warranty period: After understanding the defect over call/chat, we will inform you regarding the repair charges and 2-way shipping costs. If you agree, we will schedule the repair at our workshop (located in New Delhi) and send it back to you.
A: For Repairs: Assembly stands by its promise of delivering premium craftsmanship and assistance to its all international and domestic consumers.
We offer:
Spare Parts and Guided Assistance: We will send over the spare parts along with detailed repair instructions or guided videos to assist you with minor repairs subject to serviceability at the international PIN code.
For Refund: In case there's no scope for replacement or repair, we'll offer you a partial refund for your order only in situations where the issue results in the customer being unable to carry the luggage to India. Minor or cosmetic issues are not covered under this refund. In order to avail this, you will have to share the following:
- Purchase Receipt for legibility and to initiate the necessary banking facilities.
- Photo/video of the defect.
- Confirmation from our team that local repair options are not available.
- Eligible for refund only if the product is non-functional and cannot be repaired or replaced, especially for international customers where the PIN code is non-serviceable and the luggage cannot be carried back to India.
Amount: Refunds will be processed for the purchase price of the luggage, excluding the shipping cost.
Processing Time: Refund requests will be processed within 2-3 business days upon approval.

In case of under-warranty replacements with repair, spare parts required for the luggage will be shipped complimentary after verifying purchase and photo/video of the defective product shared by the customer.
Out-of-warranty replacements with repair spare parts will be shipped at a nominal charge.

For minor repairs, we encourage you to visit a reliable local bag and luggage repair shop.
For major repairs, we will facilitate service at our Delhi NCR workshop.
