1. We've kept a flexible returns policy so that just in case the product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it back at no cost to you whatsoever. So feel free to have the product shipped to your address for testing it before deciding to keep it.


  • Returns accepted only within designated return window.
  • No returns accepted once return window is closed.

2. We have a 30 days no question asked return policy. We accept returns if (a) refunds are processed within 7 days of receipt of your product (b) products are unused & in their original condition (c) all accompaniments like original tags & original packaging (dust bags & boxes) are returned as well.


3. To process your refund (a) please share your details in the link below in point 4 (b) Once your returned product is received, we will send you an email confirmation on whether your return has been accepted (c) product cost refund will be processed back to your bank account thereafter within 7 business days by our payment gateway & bank.


4. Once returns are accepted, we will also refund the original shipping cost (in case shipping was charged) and bear the return shipping cost so that there is no liability for the customer.


5. Monogrammed Bags are also part of the same return policy, so no worry there.


6. to return or replace your product.



The pickup process enabled through our shipping partner as follows:-


1. The bag needs to be packed back in the box with tape the way it was received & handed over to the pickup executive. In case the user has disposed off the assembly box packaging, then the user can pack the luggage in any carton box so that the luggage does not get damaged in transit.


2. Pickups are scheduled 1-2 days post-confirmation with the customer. So once you confirm that the pickup can be scheduled, we will initiate the pickup process and the shipping vendor representative will reach your address.


4. Returns are handled directly by the shipping vendor (in most cases, Delhivery). So once we have initiated the return process, we don't control the scheduling or coordination of the pickup from the customer's address. The shipping vendor will get in touch with the customer directly.




In case of a replacement, we will ensure the new luggage dispatch process is initiated as soon as the earlier luggage has been picked up by the shipping vendor. So once the earlier luggage has been picked up, it should take approx. 7 days for the new luggage to reach you. We cannot ship the new luggage without initiating the RTV (return to vendor) process for the defective luggage. Both processes are initiated simultaneously.


In case you would like to exchange the earlier luggage, with a new different luggage - any difference in product price on either side can be settled through net banking.





Suppose a pre-paid order is canceled before the product has been shipped from our end,  the product cost refund will be processed back to your bank account thereafter within 7 business days by our payment gateway & bank.





Orders can be canceled at any time. In case you would like to cancel the order, please let us know by dropping an email and we'll do the rest.


In case the order is already in transit, we will do our best to inform the shipping vendor to cancel the order. However, sometimes the shipping vendor may not process the information in time and will attempt the order delivery. In this case, if the user just declines to accept the package, they will cancel the order and return the product back to us.



Products purchased during a sale or promotional offer are eligible for exchange or replacement only in the case of a manufacturing defect. Requests for exchanges or replacements based on other reasons will not be accepted at the sale price.
