Number Lock Setting Instructions!

1. When a new luggage is bought, the default 3-digit number lock setting is 0-0-0.

2. To change the number lock setting, first press & hold the reset button on the side of the lock.

3. Change the numbers of the lock, one at a time, to create a new 3-digit  number lock setting of your preference, and then release the reset button.

4. You can lock the bag by inserting the 2 zipper sliders in the respective slots on the lock.

Please Note: Once you have set the password, please record it somewhere safe as a backup. In case you forget the password, the lock will need to be broken to open the bag. However, once the lock is broken, we can ship you a new lock, which can be easily fitted back onto the luggage. 

To break the lock, please take the bag to any luggage repair store in your nearby local market. Once you have the new lock you can take the bag back to the luggage repair store to set up the lock afresh or we can share a simple DIY video on how to set up the lock at your own end.
